Who doesn’t? Existing clients, new clients, doesn’t matter. Just because you have a WordPress website doesn’t mean you need the headaches of keeping it secure. Let us handle that, and you focus on running your business.

Nope. You can stay for as long as you like. We do ask that you try us out for a couple of months so you can actually see the benefit of our services, but there is no commitment. You may also put your maintenance plan on hold. However, if you cancel completely and resume at a later time, you may be subject to a new setup fee.

We provide WordPress management and technical support to resolve issues and make changes. Small jobs are tasks that take no more than 30 minutes to complete. You must have an existing WordPress website. You cannot use small jobs to build an entire website, however, depending on the tasks requested and you plan, you may be able to stack some job credits to have it completed.

Don’t be afraid to get help. If something is completely out of scope, we will let you know how much it will cost before doing anything.

We’re here to help, not hurt your business.

This depends on your level of comfort and what your requests are. There are several options available:

  1. FTP (SFTP/FTPS) details
  2. WordPress login details (we prefer to have a separate administrative account aside from your main admin account for better security).
  3. cPanel or your hosting control panel access. We only use this in emergencies, and we do submit support tickets (with your permission) on your behalf to eliminate more work for you. This is not required, but highly recommended.

We will be open with you and let you know exactly what we need and why. If you don’t know what these are, don’t worry we will help you find them.

We accept most credit and debit cards as well as PayPal.

This all depends on the task and your level of service. For most circumstances these are performed on a weekly basis. However, certain tasks like plugin or theme updates are required more often in order to patch security vulnerabilities. Some plans also include some tasks that are performed daily.

If your theme needs to be upgraded, we may need to consult with you first to ensure that there are no customizations that will be lost during the upgrade.

WordPress core upgrades are typically less often and are only done when a new version is available.

Your security is our top priority.

Our goal is to ensure that your site stays up. However, there are times when web hosts have issues, or something goes wrong.

We monitor your site’s uptime and receive alerts if it is offline. We can then check into the cause and respond as soon as possible. If it is an issue cause by your host, we will notify them immediately to get it rectified. If you made a change that broke something, don’t panic. We’re on it, and will get you back to normal.

Yes, if they have automatic upgrade feature enabled.

If premium plugins require manual upgrade, it will be covered under Premium and Ultimate plans. For Basic plans there might be a small per upgrade fee.

Yes and no. In order to focus on what we’re good at, try not to “do it all”. Even though we do new sites, designs/layout, and development, we focus on you site’s needs. Our goal is to improve your business and keep your customers. That being said, if you need to redo your homepage, edit some menus, or setup a landing page and ad campaign, no problem. Complete redesign? We can do that too, but it will fall outside of anything covered in your plan and would require us to quote it out separately.

If you need a custom plugin designed, custom scripts, API integration or similar, chat with us. We’ll gladly tell you what we can and cannot do for you, then assist with finding you someone who can accommodate your request properly.

The good news is, if you have us caring for your site, your chances of this happening are greatly reduced. However, in the unlikely event this does happen, you can rest assured that it will be taken care of as soon as possible. This includes (but not limited to) a full restore of your site to before the attack happened, active user check, password resets, and a list of other possible necessary actions to ensure your website is protected.

There’s several reasons, but our core competency is helping businesses stay protected, run smoothly and generate leads and acquire customers with effective marketing solutions. That’s what we’re really good at. There is a broad spectrum of eCommerce software out there and it would be a large undertaking to master them all in addition. If you have an eCommerce need, let us know and we’ll gladly help you find someone who can help.

Your backups are taken daily and kept for 90 days. They are stored on a secure Amazon S3 infrastructure, and 95% of the backup is done on our servers, which is much less taxing on your site than other solutions.

We also offer custom backup frequencies. In the even that once a day isn’t enough, we can raise that to backup your site every 1 hour (for an additional fee).

We are a monthly subscription service. You are free to cancel at any time by logging into your account and cancelling. If you have any trouble, you may contact us and we can help. We promise to not guilt you into staying, though we might ask why we didn’t meet your standards in order to  improve our level of service.
